A CEREMONY OF CELEBRATION – AND A ROYAL VISIT!

An unforgettable day of celebration for a few of Enter CIC’s current students and some of our recent exam candidates. Afterwards, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh makes a special visit to Enter CIC.

We have an array of private candidates sitting examinations at our exam centre and we feel it shouldn’t just about examination results, but we should celebrate and recognise the whole person. Let’s face it, it’s not always about the examination result, but it’s sometimes more important to recognise and celebrate the learning journey and the associated personal accomplishments of the candidate. With this in mind, we held our Awards ceremony on the 19th September 2024 at the Enter Centre.

The event truly celebrated private candidates who had recently sat examinations at our exam centre. This was a unique event and whilst academic award events are usually just designed to celebrate academic achievement, our event was about celebrating the whole person! We shone a glorious light on those candidates who, irrespective of the final outcome of their examination, had demonstrated a delightful manner, attitude and personal approach to learning and their examinations. What an event it was, and we were hugely honoured to have His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh in attendance after the ceremony of celebration.

Our candidates were presented to His Royal Highness and had an opportunity to converse with him over their experiences, personal achievements and matters that were important to them.  

The Duke of Edinburgh listened intently to the young people and conversed on an array of topics with great compassion and  insight. Our candidates felt heard and judging by their beaming smiles and fabulous feedback had quite simply an unforgettable day.
